Ingredients: Luxury Rooibos - Lavender Blossoms

Rooibos is a herb that contains no caffeine from South Africa at an altitude of 1500 feet to 2500 feet  above sea level.   Those that consume Rooibos have claimed that it has a soothing effect on headaches, disturbed sleeping patterns and digestive problems.

200 ml (about 7 ounces) of brewed Rooibos contains the following nutrients:   Iron (0.07mg) essential for transport of oxygen in the blood - Potassium (7.12mg) assists certain metabolic functions - Calcium (1.09mg) necessary for strong teeth and bones - Copper (0.07mg) assists certain metabolic processes - Zinc (0.04mg) necessary for normal growth and development of healthy skin - Magnesium (1.57mg) assists a healthy nervous system and other metabolic processes - Fluoride ((0.22mg) necessary for strong teeth and bones - Manganese (0.04mg) assists metabolic processes and bone growth and development - Sodium (6.16mg) necessary for fluid and acid-base balance.
