*Hulless Popcorn Defined:  There is really no such thing as a truly hulless popcorn. All popcorn has a hull, which is what holds the popcorn together. When a kernel of popcorn explodes, it sort of turns itself inside out. If you look at the inside of the popped popcorn you will see where the hull went.  The Hulless variety popcorn is a smaller kernel popcorn that generally has a more tender hull. When it pops the hull breaks up into smaller pieces and does not get noticed by getting into your teeth.

How to Pop Popcorn:

On the Stove:  3 Tbsp oil (canola, peanut or olive oil) - 4 oz of Black Sheep Popcorn - Popcorn popper or large sauce pan - Large serving bowl

Preheat oil on high heat in the bottom of popcorn popper or approximately 1 minute. Add popcorn and cover.  Lower heat slightly. Agitate popper until popcorn ceases to pop. Pour popcorn into bowl and salt to taste.

In the Microwave: 1 microwave popcorn bowl - 3 Tbsp oil (coconut oil, canola oil, or oilve oil may be used)*optional - 4 oz of Black Sheep Popcorn

Place Black Sheep Popcorn into the bottom of the bowl; add oil to popcorn (optional). Put the lid on the popper and place it into the microwave. Cook on high for 3 - 5 minutes. Cooking times will vary depending on the microwave. When popping slows to 1 or 2 seconds between pops, cooking is complete. DO NOT OVER COOK OR POPCORN WILL BURN! Remove from microwave. Season popcorn to taste with butter and salt.
