mo'mugi is roasted barley tea - or mugicha as it is called in Japan, where it's been the top drink for over 500 years for everyone from babies to adults. It is also popular in China and Korea.  The Canadian Barley Tea Company figured it was about time that Canadians enjoyed its health benefits and natural toasty flavor, hot and cold

Ingredients: organic British Columbia barley

Available in large size only: Contains 10 tea bags (Choose size on drop down list) - Each teabag makes 1 litre  

How-to cold: Steep teabag in a one-litre pitcher of cold water in the fridge for 2 hours for a lighter taste, or 3 hours for a fuller keeper flavor. Squeeze teabag with tongs, remove teabag, stir and enjoy!

How-to hot: Steep teabag in a teapot of boiling water for 3-4 minutes, squeeze teabag with tongs, remove teabag; stir the tea and enjoy!
