Some herbalists and practitioners of traditional medicine in the country believe that a tisane made from the flower has sleep inducing qualities, making it an excellent before-bed beverage for insomniacs, or for people whose passion for life has led them to party on till the wee hours.

Try this Easy Peasy Passion Flower Tea
You’ll need:
• 8 oz boiling water
• 1 teaspoon dried passion flower
• 1 paper tea sac / infuser
Simply fill your tea sac or infuser with the dried passion flower, infuse and let steep 4-5 minutes. That’s it!

Enjoy an hour before bed time. (Our supplier recommends only having one cup per 24 hour period.)
