For Hot Brew:  1 tsp per 7 - 9 oz fluid volume in the teapot. Pour boiling water into teapot; cover and let steep 5-10 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time, the better the flavor as more fruit and herb flavor is extracted). Garnish and sweeten to taste.

For Cold Brew: We use 9 tsp per 2 Litre TAKEYA Jug and steep for 12 minutes - 5 Tbsp sugar per 2 litre TAKEYA jug to enhance flavors (sweeten to taste).
