Rooibos Facts:  A 200ml (about 7 oz) of brewed Rooibos contains nutriends such as iron, essential for transport of oxygen in the blood. Potassium and Calcium necessary for strong teeth and bones. Copper, Zinc necessary for normal growth and development of healthy skin. Magnesium, Fluoride, necessary for strong teeth and bones. Manganese and Sodium, necessary for fluid and acid-base balance.

Hot Tea: Put 1 slightly heaping tsp. of loose rooibos for each 7-9 oz of water in the teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over tea and steep 3-7 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste.
