Custom Designs - When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to your request. Please remember that each design is custom made. No two greeting cards are exactly alike and color and/or variety substitutions of papers may be necessary. Because of the popularity of our gifts at times we may need to substitute items, as we make changes to our inventory based upon discovery on new and unique items, product availability and seasonal difference. Substitution may be made, but quality will never be compromised.
International Orders - Customs and/or Import Fees
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, when the parcel reaches your country. Additional charges for customs will be paid by you, the customer. We have no control over customs duties or import fees and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns - We are proud of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange it or return it for a refund or credit. (SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.) Simply return the gift in its original container. Please Include Insurance with the return of the gift. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Returns or exchanges claims must be made by Email or phone within 5 days of gift being received or delivered.
As defined by the BC Liquor Control Act, recipients of these gifts must be 19 or older (ID may be required). Deliveries may not be made to a public place.
Under the Liquor Control act we are considered a "Delivery Service". Alcoholic beverages are purchased directly from the BC Liquor Store at regular prices. In order to be able to provide this service, we are allowed to add delivery and handling fees to the cost of any alcoholic products purchased from the BC Liquor Stores.
